Nordic Garrison is led by an elected Command Team. The core team consists of our Commanding Officer who is in overall charge, the Executive Officer who is second in command and takes the lead role in any events spanning multiple countries, a Public Relations Officer who takes care of all our posters, information leaflets etc, the Member Liason who is in charge of approving member applications, new costumes etc and the Merchandising and Branding officer who approves the designs for and arranges production of our t-shirts, caps etc.
This team is then backed up on a local level by an overall country representative who is the voice of that country during Command Team meetings. They in turn have the option of electing their own local event and PR assistants.
Other roles which exist are the Treasurer who controls all our charity donations and the webmaster who administrates our website and forum.
