A prequel trilogy male Tusken Raider costume MUST have:
Mask
- A fully wrapped head of similar design matching Episode I or II. It must include all of the following:
- Cloth wrapping and leather or simulated leather must be used. No latex masks will be accepted.

- Must have nine (9) metal or simulated metal detail pieces:
- 2 eye stalks: Straight or tapered toward the front with 2 slots cut into the underside of each piece
- 4 head spikes: Must have slight taper
- 2 blood spitters (cheek tusks)
- 1 nose piece: Must have 2 vertical slots
- Screening or tinted lenses must be used so eyes and mouth are not visible from the outside of mask.

- Cloth wrapping and leather or simulated leather must be used. No latex masks will be accepted.
Neck wrap
- Sand-coloured fabric of similar design matching prequel era movie costume. Must hide any skin visible between mask and robe.
Robe
- An inner robe made of a textured, sand-colored fabric reaching within 2-3 inches of the floor. This Inner robe is worn underneath the bandolier(s). Robes and mask should conceal all skin around neck.
Hands and arms
- Sand-coloured cloth or leather gloves with cloth wrappings start at the palm and continue up the arm until concealed within robes. Wraps should conceal all skin on the arms.
Footwear
- Boots or shoes, covered with cloth wrappings. These continue up the leg until concealed within the robe. The wrappings should cover the boot / shoes and conceal all skin or street clothes between the footwear and the robe.
Bandoliers
- At least one (1) must be worn across the chest or around the waist. Must be of Swedish, British 1903 pattern, Martini Henry, WW2 era design, or similar recreations, and matching the style in the movie.
Weapon
- Must have at least one of the following:
- Gaderffii (gaffi stick): Of similar design to the styles used in Episode II.
- Sniper rifle: Of similar design to the styles used in Episode I.
A male Tusken Raider costume SHOULD have:
Waist sash
- A 6-7 inch "girth belt" that ties in the back made of similar fabric to the robes. No excess should hang from the knotting or attachment. This would run under any waist bandolier.
A prequel trilogy male Tusken Raider costumeMAY have:
Outer robe
- Very loose fitting outer robe made of a similar textured, sand-colored fabric. This is worn over the bandolier(s) and inner robe and reaches at least the bottom of the inner robe. Should extend along the arm to the wrist.
Bandolier
- Maximum of three. 2 crossing the chest in an “X” formation with a third over your waist. Must meet earlier stated bandolier requirements.
