Generic Jedi outfit - Yay or Nay?

Here's the thing. I've been offered to buy a used Jedi outfit that is not RL approved and I'm wondering what I would need to do to get it fit for approval.
Took a look at the Generic Jedi costuming guide, and it seems that it's basically OK.

I bet that there's a bit of tidying up to do, to say the least

It used to be that pure black was not allowed but I think that they have relaxed that rule.
The tabards should go under the obi. The outer tunic looks a little short.

Personally I do not know the Generic Jedi stuff, but the materials seems to be a bit too thin. And yeah, the outer tunic seems to be a bit short.

The outer tunic has to at least cover your butt
I've just made a generic Jedi only a couple of weeks ago so I remember that's one important thing they want.
As Johan said, the obi should be over the tabbards.
Colours are okay

Robe should be no more than 2 inches from the floor.

Yup. Just take a look at my Jedi. All black. And approved

The outer robe is a bit short. It should go about 2 cm from the ground. But depending on how you wear it might do a few cm up o down

I bought the outfit. Seems I have some sewing to do, lucky we just bought a sewing machine ^^
