Thanks for the kind words hehe.
Soooo.. now I think I've hit my first big problem.
My biceps are too big for my, well biceps. I know the strips shall be 16mm but is it possible to maybe go for a bit bigger strips?
I did some reading on other detachment forums and seems like some have used bigger strips.
That's the only problem at the moment.
Thanks in advance.

A little update, I've started glueing together the forearms.
And I've sanded the helmet some more at ears n brow n teeth
I did some reading on Spec Ops about painting the helmet and seems that I pretty much don't need to paint it (except tube stripes), but I'll fix silver paint to the teeth since that looks quite cool.
And of course color to the mic tips.

So I decided to go for a bigger strip on the biceps cause... If the armour does not fit, it's no good for me.
I glued the inside for better support.
Around 3cm strips will be good.

While waiting for the rare earth magnets to arrive, I started to glue the thighs.
And I did put a plastic "scraps" under the shoulder straps so I can correctly glue it on the chest piece later on.
So now I'll wait a bit and this weekend I'll take a look at some stormtroopers armour (after the troop) to see how much more I shall trim on chest/back, butt/kidney.
The big things missing right now is the elastics which I'll try to find soon and when I've glued together most parts, I'll try to fix/buy a canvas belt since that seems to be the best at the moment.
And shoes of course... if I can't find any proper shoes in Sweden, I'll have to buy from USA.

Tried on the armour last night to see how much that fits
Yes, it's taped from the bottom to the top pretty much but it gives a hint how it'll look.
I was thinking of maybe trimming a bit at the back of the thighs, I've seen other trooper trim there to ease the walk a bit.
The other thigh was currently clammed up with glue hehe.

I wonder what GML thinks about me trimming the back of my thighs like the troopers got in the middle.
Since I was looking around on others forums, it seems like it's up to Garrisons to accept it or not.
Is there any of you stormtroopers who was "forced" to trim away a bit on the back of the thighs?

Great, good to hear.
Another update, I've ordered canvas for the belt and some more velcro.
And I'm thinking of creating my own neck seal.
Good thing there's a lot of tutorials and guides online hehe.

Slow and steady progress.
So meanwhile I tried to tape up the shoulders to the chest plate and here's the results.
This is probably how the upper suit will be on me with a better picture.
