Wow. Those pouches and comm link look really really nice.

Don't worry about not having made them yourself: you probably couldn't make them as good as those anyway. ;) I say that because I have tried wet-forming leather to make pouches in that style.
Your costume look to me like top-notch parts through and through.

It looks good :)
Life always offers you a second chance. It's called tomorrow.

Grief never ends. But it changes. It's a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith. It's the price of love.

Trying out the whole costume I discovered it needs some tweeks and some parts will have to be sent back for some changes. I'm not in a hurry. :) However... It all got me start thinking how in the world you guys manage to stand with the costume in warm weather?! The material and all the layers makes it incredible warm! It doesn't take long before the sweat comes dripping. How do you manage? Or do you just plunge into it and don't care, or is there some tips and tricks you can share? :)
Right now it feels like the only time I should put on the costume is during the winter! :)

If it is clothears, then it is silk noil right? Silk keeps you warm during winter and cool(-ish) ;) in the summer, but the many layers add to the heat.
Anakin isn't exactly cool, the leather parts keeps the heat in and I rarely use me robe with it.

I plunge in! and have an undershirt on, to soak some of the sweat. It sound disgusting, but it works ;)

Yes it's clothears. And yes they are made in raw silk. :)
Well... They did recommend me to use a shirt under the under tunic so that the under tunic holds longer time and don't soak too much sweat. It will be interesting with at least three layers plus obi and tabbards. But yes... No cloak during the summer that is for sure. :)
