Isopropanol alcohol can be found at the swedish pharmacy or at Kjell & co.

The contents of hand sanitizers varies a great deal from brand to brand. Some are mostly isopropylalcohol while others are based on denatured ethanol - and denatured alcohol does often contain tiny amounts of acetone so that is a big no-no for plastics.

Isopropyl alcohol can be very expensive at a pharmacy, at least compared to Kjell o Co in Sweden.
Elektronikrengöring-spray at Biltema is supposed to be 100% isopropylalcohol, but I can't confirm that there are no trace amounts of other chemicals.

Where do you buy your elastics and webbing material?
Shippingrates on ebay are terrifying.

Stoff&stil in Sweden. I believe they exist in Norway as well.

On front of Munkegata 31 (Platekompaniet) in Trondheim there was a sewing/hobby shop, at least when I lived there 4 years ago. If you're lucky, they're still there!
They have elastics, webbings, buttons++

Where do I find adjustable helmet head frames? Been to a few local bike shops and they had no idea, so I'm trying here too.
My MC Gunner helmet needs some love before I can troop with it.

I bought my hard hat & helmet liner at a special store that sells equipment for workers. Shops that sell construction safety helmets usually offer these liners.

There's also a sales thread at bikerscout.net for 3M headbands.
