I didn't need to do this on my kit, but I'd suggest you boil the whole thing to keep the temperature even or the temp difference throughout the plastic combined with applied force could potentially weaken it.

I shaped my pieces and held them in place with gaffer tape, and then poured boiled water over it until I felt it give in.

Thigh pack not attached yet..
I also need to make a neckseal..
Thermal detonator is not complete yet, i need to finish the metal strips..
Handguards are temporary attached with white elastic straps..
I'm still on the waitinglist for TK-Boots..
I'm still searching for the right material to make the holster..
Blaster will be bought when holster is done..


Other than that I'm on the track :D

I suggest you buy your blaster first and then make the holster.

May I suggest that you reduce the gap between the biceps and the lower arms? This can easily be done by lowering your biceps parts.

On the screen-used armor, the upper part of the biceps does not even touch/barely touch the shoulder bells, as seen on the picture below.

I'll fix that, i also think that the forearms need to go abit up too, so that'll be done! Anything else that i should fix?

somehow blacken the elastic bands that hold the armguards?
other than that, lift the underarms/lower the overarms.. to lessen the gap there..
very nice imho:-)
