There is no licensed manufacturer of the hard armour parts for an AT-AT Commander. There are however some fan-made sets available. Prices and quality vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Comlink / RangefinderHelmet
AT-AT Commander Helmet The helmet worn by AT-AT Commanders is often described as being the same as the Snowtrooper’s. However, every time I compare the DVD screen captures with photos of the Snowtrooper from the Magic & Myth exhibition, the helmet worn by General Veers appears larger. Maybe the sides are ‘flared’ more than the Snowtrooper’s, maybe it was the angle the scene was shot at. To me, the AT-AT Commander’s helmet should be slightly oversized. I consulted the prop maker who told me he could tweak a Snowtrooper helmet and also widen the sides so that it’s more like a Vader dome.

The helmet has the following features:
Main helmet: open face helmet similar to both Snowtrooper & AT-ST Drivers but painted gray (or olive green)
Trim: black auto door trim (or something similar) around edge.
Comlink / Rangefinder: shown in the image on the right, the comlink is attached to the right side of helmet the same as the AT-ST Driver. It is made of parts from a model V8 engine.
Greeblies (aka Officer's Discs): one on either side of helmet.
Chin strap: black chin strap. Notice there is no chin cup like the AT-ST Drivers have.
Studs: 6 grey studs evenly spaced around the bottom edge of the helmet.
Silver or gray blocks: in a line on the back of the helmet.  It can be made at home very easily in either plastic or metal. I prefer to use a copper water pipe then paint it a metallic colour.

Goggles
Tinted military or motorcycle goggles with no wording on the strap. To me just some military or motorcycle goggles is not enough it has to be modified to some oversize goggle. It's not difficult to make one there are a good tutorial at 501stacd forum.
